Thoughts on Men’s Health

Recently, I watched an episode from one of my favorite YouTube channels about Men’s Health.
This article was inspired by the following discussion.

To put it simply, the discussion went like this:

More men in their 40s are experiencing depression.

A discussion about testosterone and how testosterone levels decline.

In the United States, many men over 40 are using TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy). ←Is that true?

Could Men’s Health Care become more popular in Japan as well?

That was the general flow of the discussion.
To be honest, I already feel that it has become quite popular in Japan.

What I find interesting is that many men have taken erectile dysfunction medication, yet they seem to be more hesitant about hormone therapy. When I ask why, the answer is often the same: they are concerned about side effects. Perhaps because of this, I have seen a significant increase in the number of people looking for Jab Kasai in recent years. That said, both medication and Jab Kasai have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Unlike Western medical treatments, Jab Kasai usually does not produce immediate results. I have had a few clients who experienced remarkable changes, but those cases were very rare. Patience is important.

Age, body type, diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and many other factors are all connected. This is why I always think that treatments like this should never be seen as magic.

Recently, it almost feels as if Japan has become a Jab Kasai country, with many therapists offering Jab Kasai sessions. However, the methods, skills, knowledge, and goals vary greatly from therapist to therapist.
At the same time, I think that comes down to personal preference. If the therapist’s approach matches the client’s goals, then I think that is perfectly fine.

There is one more thing to understand.

When receiving treatment from a Japanese therapist, the cost is often higher. If price is the only consideration, it is probably cheaper to receive Jab Kasai in Thailand.

However, based on my own experience receiving many treatments in Thailand, I found that it was not very common for therapists to adjust the treatment carefully to each individual’s condition.

Of course, I do not mean that as criticism. I simply think people are looking for different things.

Personally, I believe this type of care works best when it is received regularly over time.

However, in many Western countries, treatments like this are uncommon, sometimes illegal, or often seen as purely sexual services. Because of that, I think it can be difficult for people who genuinely want to receive this kind of care as part of their health and well-being.

Some people may choose TRT, while others may focus on exercise and improving their diet. I believe Jab Kasai can be one of those options as well.

However, the human body is not simple enough for a single method to solve everything.

That is why I believe it is important not to rush changes in the body, but to work with them patiently over the long term.
